The Poly Armchair was designed by Robin Day in 1967 and was originally named the ‘Tub’. This model is an “affordable” classic, really practical and ergonomic, but unfortunately impossible to pile up 
Well, but let’s get back to what lead me to this post… today while wondering around i decided to go inside an old abandoned building, inside and for my surprise i found a bunch of these from the first series (what a nice christmas present !!!), some still in good condition to be restored the, colors are different from the ones produced nowadays and the iron four-legged base is coated with acrilic ink instead of chromed…
